« I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property. »

« Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...

« Très déçu de cet hébergement qui avait pourtant de très bon avis. Arrivé avant l'heure butoir du check in Le code de la porte principale ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai du échanger par SMS avec un monsieur certes très gentil mais après des heures de route personne n'a envie de ça. La chambre est vétuste et c'est bruyant la nuit. Pour le petit déjeuner nous partions avant l'heure (8h30 n'est ce pas un peu tard ?) et mon message pour obtenir une box est resté sans reponse.. Déçu »

« We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. »
