Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience.

Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars.

We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping.

Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay.

Wedding night packages are also available.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to access the two small paddocks in front of the studio (providing the horses are not in the paddocks). Local walking tracks can be accessed via the small gate on the property's north boundary, or via the main property entrance. All gates must be left as they are found.

Located only 10 minutes from Sale, it is a short drive to restaurants, cafes and shopping. There are also walking and bicycle tracks, perfect for exploring the area. Between the Wagtail Nest and Sale, stop at the historical Swing Bridge, or explore the Wetlands via the boardwalk on the edge of town. Seaspray, on the 90 Mile Beach, is a 15 minute drive away. Enjoy a walk along the shore or take a refreshing dip. A little further away (about an hour South) is the beautiful Tarra Bulga Nation Park with it's rainforest tree-ferns, walking tracks, suspension bridge & picnic areas. 40 minutes to the North are the foothills of the Strezleckie Ranges and the beginnings of the High Country. Quaint little villages like Tinamba, Newry and Briagolong are worth exploring, while local wineries offer tasting and dining experiences (Tom's Cap, Blue Gables, The Vines on Avon to name a few).
