THE HOME

The Pine Haven features a comfortable, open living space where everyone can relax and spend quality time together. Settle in on the sofa, watch TV, play games, enjoy the fireplace, or gather around the dining area after a day of exploring the Poconos.

The home includes two private bedrooms and an open loft sleeping area, one full bathroom, a comfortable living area, dining space and a well-appointed kitchen. Central A/C and heating provide year-round comfort, while the spacious deck, private hot tub, outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting.

Warm wood accents throughout give the home a cozy, modern-rustic Pocono cabin feel.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, coffee, tea, filters, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

Open Loft Sleeping Area - Sleeper Sofa

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including both private bedrooms, the open loft sleeping area, living room, kitchen, bathroom, spacious deck, private hot tub, fire pit and BBQ grill.

Private driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

Guests may also enjoy applicable Emerald Lakes community amenities available during their stay, including lakes, beach access, the indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, pickleball and other recreational facilities.

Emerald Lakes requires guest registration and may require applicable amenity fees. Required information and instructions will be provided before your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: 25

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 GUESTS

OPEN LOFT SLEEPING AREA

The loft is an open-concept sleeping area and does not have a traditional bedroom door. It provides additional sleeping space and is especially well suited for children, teens or guests comfortable with an open sleeping area.

EMERALD LAKES REGISTRATION

Required HOA/community registration information must be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival. Failure to provide the required information may result in a $200 HOA fee charged to the homeowner.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Emerald Lakes amenities are subject to community schedules, seasonal availability, weather, maintenance, registration requirements, applicable fees and community rules.

HOT TUB AND FIREPLACE

The home features a private hot tub and indoor fireplace. Safety and usage instructions are provided at the home.

SELF CHECK-IN

Self check-in is available with a smart lock for a convenient arrival.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties and events are not permitted.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS

For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras facing the front driveway and front exterior area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any other exterior areas.

WOODLAND SETTING

The home is located in a wooded Poconos setting, and guests may occasionally encounter wildlife or insects, particularly during warmer months.
