Whether you’re relaxing by the firepit, soaking in the hot tub, paddling on the lake, or spending quality time together indoors, this cabin is designed for families and groups looking to unwind in nature.

    This cozy and modern cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

    ☆☆ COMMUNITY AMENITIES ☆☆

    To use community amenities, you must purchase passes and display association-issued identification on your vehicles. It needs to be purchased separately at the community office for use of all association’s amenities. The price:
    1 day pass - $20/person
    3 day pass - $30/person
    7 day pass - $50/person
    Children age 2 and under are free

    ☆☆ IMPORTANT NOTES ☆☆

    ✹ Guests need to submit the registration no later than 4 days before their check in date.

    ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: For the cabin to fit the budget of all sizes, the base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 8 total guests total including children.

    ✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. The Pet fee is $180 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet, and $120 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb`s system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

    ☀ No parties—this is a peaceful, nature-focused retreat.

    ☀ BASEMENT / GAME ROOM – IMPORTANT: The basement is NOT finished and NOT connected to the home’s heating system. During winter months, it will be cold and should not be expected to function as a comfortable living space.

    We provide a couple of portable space heaters to help take the edge off, but they do not heat the basement fully. Please plan to use the basement primarily for short periods (games, storage), not extended lounging in cold weather.

    Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked owner`s closet.

    While we are not local, we are available every day between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm to help with messages sent through Airbnb or by contacting our phones directly. We have support standing by locally for any issues that may arise.

    1. Occupancy

    The Property shall be occupied only by the registered Guest and approved occupants. Guest agrees to follow all house rules, posted instructions, and local laws during the stay.

    2. Assumption of Risk & General Disclaimer

    Guest understands and agrees that staying at the Property involves inherent risks. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from the use or occupancy of the Property and its amenities.

    3. Boats, Watercraft & Lake Use Disclaimer

    The Property may include access to boats, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, docks, or other watercraft, as well as access to a lake or waterfront.

    Use of all watercraft and lake access is entirely at Guest’s own risk.

    No lifeguard or supervision is provided.

    Guest acknowledges that water conditions, weather, depth, underwater hazards, and equipment condition may vary.

    Children must be supervised at all times near water.

    Owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or condition of the lake or watercraft.

    4. Flotation Devices & Safety Equipment Disclaimer

    Any life jackets, flotation devices, helmets, paddles, or other safety equipment provided are offered as a courtesy only.

    Owner does not guarantee proper fit, condition, or suitability.

    Guest is solely responsible for inspecting and properly using all safety equipment.

    Guest assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable safety laws and regulations.

    5. Hot Tub / Spa Disclaimer

    If the Property includes a hot tub or spa, Guest agrees:

    Use is at Guest’s own risk.

    Guest will follow all posted rules and health guidelines.

    Children must be supervised at all times.

    Pregnant individuals or persons with medical conditions should consult a physician before use.

    Owner is not responsible for injury, illness, or adverse health effects related to hot tub use.

    6. Bunk Bed Disclaimer

    The Property may include bunk beds.

    Use of bunk beds is at Guest’s own risk.

    Upper bunks are not recommended for young children or individuals with mobility concerns.

    Guest assumes all responsibility for injuries resulting from climbing, falling, or misuse.

    7. Release and Indemnification

    Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Host, and their agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from:

    Use of the Property and its amenities

    Use of boats, watercraft, lake access

    Use of hot tub, bunk beds, or safety equipment

    This includes claims arising from Guest’s negligence or the negligence of other occupants.

    8. Damage Responsibility

    Guest is responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s party to the Property, furnishings, equipment, or amenities during the stay.

    9. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Property is located.

    10. Acknowledgment

    By booking, checking in, or occupying the Property, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement and all disclaimers.
    CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-ins are 4:00 pm and Check-outs are 10:00 am.

    EARLY CHECK-INS: We understand that early check-ins can be convenient, allowing you to settle in sooner and make the most of your time in our cabin. However, please kindly note that early check-ins are subject to the availability of our cleaning team and the time required to prepare the cabin to meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. Additional fees apply for early check-ins.

    While we can`t promise an early check-in at this moment, we can guarantee that we will make every effort to accommodate your request if the cabin is ready before the standard check-in time. Rest assured that we will keep you informed about the possibility of an early check-in on the day of your check-in date. We are assuming you prefer an early check SO THERE IS NO NEED TO REQUEST ONE as we will automatically let you know the day of check-in.

    If you are driving a long distance and are hoping to check in early, we would suggest planning to arrive in the area early enough that once the cabin is ready, we can let you know that you are close enough to take advantage of the early check-in. You could do some grocery shopping or grab some lunch while waiting for us to let you know.

    LATE CHECK OUTS: We understand the desire for a late check-out, providing you with some extra time to relax and enjoy our lovely cabin. As hosts, we always strive to accommodate our guests` preferences whenever possible.

    Our ability to extend a late checkout is dependent on whether or not a guest is checking in on the same day that you are checking out. If a guest is checking in later that day, then we need to give our cleaner adequate time to get the cabin cleaned and prepared. We recommend checking in with us the evening before your reservation ends to see if a late checkout is possible. Additional fees apply for late check-outs.

    Deadline: Please message us by 10:00 PM the night before. After that, our cleaners may be offline and we can’t confirm availability.
    • Morning-of requests can’t be accommodated. It’s too late to adjust schedules on the day of checkout.
    • Approval depends on our cleaning team and incoming reservations. If you don’t receive written confirmation from us, your original checkout time still applies.

    MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 8 OVERNIGHT guests. Please make sure to account for all adults and children, including infants, in your count on your reservation.

    PARKING: Drive way can fit 5 cars. There is a garage with room for one car to use. To open the garage the button is inside the garage. One or two cars can also fit on the side of the garage.

    ATVS/SIDE BY SIDES: Guests are not permitted to drive ATVs, Side-by-side vehicles, or golf carts through the community. Any fines accrued will be the responsibility of the guests to pay.

    SHOES: To help keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes at the door. We recommend bringing slippers or flip-flops for walking around inside. While this isn’t a strict rule, it’s our preference—rugs can be tough to clean, and this small step really helps us keep the home looking its best.

    PRIVATE COMMUNITY: The cabin is located in a private community. There is no gate, but guests need to be registered. Speed limits in the community are 25 MPH.
