We have stayed in this condo twice when we went for clam digs. Great location. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy it this time due to the mattress. There was a topper that I assume was to help with previous complaints about the mattress but it seemed to be higher at the feet and lower at the head. Also compressed where people lay so it was very uncomfortable.

We liked this unit a lot, quite comfortable and a great location. Except for the bed, the mattress we would have given 5 stars. It needs a new mattress!

Property is clean and as advertised. Location and view are great.Kitchen is under stocked (no coffee filters, for example); mattress topper on bed is terrible--way too soft. Communication with property management isn't as transparent as it should be. Fees almost doubled the nightly cost.Long Beach is a wonderful place to visit so some of this can be tolerated, but that mattress topper has to go.

Location is perfect, and quiet. Quick walk to alloat private beach and CUTE downtown. Lots of activities/local shops/farms. The unit needs some love though: furnishings are worn beyond life cycle, kitchen is missing critical items, knives mostly missing and those left are very dull, fridge icemaker was broken and made noise every hour or so. Internet was great. Water heater temps needs to be increased; shower was warm, not hot. No cleaning supplies. Teapot rusted (not potable). No deck furniture. Off season price for condition was....below fair I suppose. I would have preferred proper amenities. Feels like they/owners are operating on a tight budget. Management was, top-notch, VERY responsive and provided quick answers to questions. I feel bad leaving this review, but its honest.

We had a great time staying here for 2 days. Loved the condo, tastefully furnished, superb location, quiet and peaceful. We’d love to stay again. The only thing that will keep us from doing so is the mattress was so uncomfortable I had to get up and move to the couch both nights. Way too soft and dips in the middle. Please let us know if you get another one and we’ll rebook. Otherwise we’ll need to find another place.

I loved the location of this complex, on a quiet dead end road, facing the ocean, with dunes, a pond and the boardwalk as your view. If not for the overly soft memory foam bed which was hard on my back, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very quiet yet within 5-10 minutes walk of Pacific Avenue with shops and restaurants, etc. The carpet had been hastily vacuumed but other than that the unit was very clean. The basics are there for the kitchen though not much more. No instructions for the key lockbox or any of the remote controls, though I figured them all out. Lovely electric fireplace provides heat. For me this place was all about location, and that can't be beat.

We really enjoyed the property and the location. The home itself is very clean. The views were great. Access to the beach was very close, also located very near the boardwalk, which is a great walk along the ocean . We did have half a dozen or so deer that spent the afternoon close to our deck which was quite incredible. I would comment however that two queen beds and one twin bed were noted on the listing, there was one queen bed in the only bedroom on the property and the very small sofa had a pull out. The 3-D walk-through indicated it was two bedrooms, we did not need a second room, so it wasn’t really an issue for us. I would recommend this property for a great ocean stay, the location is fantastic.
