A wonderful home and a great place to stay in Long Beach! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, appliances, and utensils. Hot tub was great for a warm soak after an evening on the beach. Weather wasn’t nice enough to enjoy the fire pit or hammocks but hope to come back again in the summer. Host was friendly and communicative throughout the whole stay!

Beautiful home in great location. 5 minute drive to town and beach. Lots of toys in the garage and fully equipped house! For those with pets, the yard is not fully fenced. I should have noticed from the photos but did not and we arrived after dark and were letting the dogs out to potty that night and realized this the next morning.

We had such a wonderful stay — TC and Kevin thought of everything you could possibly need or do. They provided tons of helpful info and fun touches that made our trip so easy and enjoyable.We loved the kites, beach gear, and razor clamming equipment, plus the super convenient outdoor cleaning station and spacious garage. The house itself was packed with fun — arcade games, axe throwing, basketball, and so many board games. The outdoor campfire, grill, and hammocks made it perfect for relaxing, too.There’s truly something for everyone here. We can’t recommend it enough!

The 4 of us friends get together every year on the weekend…this was our 5th year and what a great place to celebrate!! Loved how close it was to town and how easy it was to get to. Loved the hammocks and the hot tub, we wished it would have had a bit more privacy from the neighbors behind, but used the fold out umbrella to form a sort of wall and it worked great! Lots of comfortable seating inside and outside which is great for creating enjoyable visiting spots suitable for lots of catching up, laughter and many great memories! I felt it would also be a great place to also bring my grandkids! We enjoyed the games in the garage too!! PAC man was a fave!! Thanks for the memories!

House is well maintained and very well stocked with anything you need. In the garage they have many games to keep you entertained. The back yard is very spacious and a nice are to hang out. The host is quick to respond to any questions or needs. We have booked again to stay in just a few weeks. Very highly recommended.

We (4 adults, 4 teens and twenty year old) had a wonderful time! Lots of coffee tea and mugs. Plenty of towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds and a hot tub at the perfect temperature! We visited the local parks museums Astoria and walked up and down the beach and the discovery trail.Also had a great dinner at the Pickled Fish.

Communication with host and check-in process was great. The house was very well appointed and clean. Lots of games to keep the grandchildren interested and active. We felt very comfortable with plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. Easy walking distance to beach and the little downtown area. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay

We came and stayed with two other families and our kids and it was perfect for our group. The house is probably the best well-stocked VRBO we have ever rented, it really had everything. The location is perfect to the beach, just a quick walk to the beach or restaurants. The kids loved the garage and kept them occupied on a rainy day, while the adults enjoyed the nice hot tub. Highly recommend this listing, you will not be disappointed if you come here! The owner is so nice and is very communicative, always appreciated.

Everything you need!

We had a small family trip with my folks and kids. It was the perfect house for us! The kitchen had everything! I mean everything you could need! The house was so thoughtfully put together. Phone chargers, hammocks, blenders, waffle makers, tea… the beds were soooo comfortable, the hot tub was clean and worked great! We had the best time. I highly recommend this darling house.

Great family rental with everything you need!

They thought of everything you may need, from extra clam guns to coffee AND creamer; a million small thoughtful touches. Tons of things for all ages, indoor and outdoor games, toys, hammocks, amazing hot tub.Will absolutely rent again when we come to Long Beach. Location is close to the beach and town. Can't say enough about the rental and amazing hosts.

Great house and wonderful owners

TC and Kevin were some of the best communicators I’ve had. Everything was as described and all the amenities you need. Check in was smooth and flawless. House was perfect for my family of 4, but would have no problem sleeping a few more. Location is great and just a few minutes from shopping and eating. Overall was a great experience!

Wonderful House

Clean, comfortable, well designed & decorated and well stocked! This host is amazing! From everything one would need in the kitchen to comfy beds & blankets to games our 12 year old boy enjoyed non stop! The fire pit in back yard was a hit every night where we had smores desert.Four hammocks summoned our tired bones after a walk to the beach. We will be back & thanks for a host who was quick to reply whenever we messaged.
