1. The shower is tiny, and the sink has separate hot and cold faucets designed so awkwardly that your hands constantly touch the basin.
2. The centralized HVAC and radiator system means no individual room temperature adjustments.
3. Thin walls and an older structure mean clear sound transmission from overhead footsteps and neighboring conversations. »

« Nice little ("Tiny") place if all you need is a bed, bathroom and kitchenette. My only 2 concerns were difficulty communicating with host due to no cell service, and that the laundry was not in the unit. It was a short drive (or long walk) from the unit. But host was as accommodating and friendly. I recommend when visiting Death Valley and area. »

« What an amazing place! Got a tip from a local to take a short drive up the Mount Whitney portal and I highly recommend everyone do the same. The views from the room are AMAZING! Waking up to the sunrise on the mountains was something I'll never forget. Communication was fast and very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here. »
