This is a non-smoking home, so smoking is not permitted inside the property.

However, there is a shared patio area where you’re welcome to smoke if needed — please be considerate of neighbours and dispose of any cigarette butts responsibly.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment with a private entrance. To the left is a stairway with no neighbors, and to the right, there is no adjoining property—ensuring extra peace and privacy. You have full access to the double bedroom, living/dining area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Only one small cupboard is locked for the owner’s use.

The apartment is on the ground floor with no elevator needed.

Noise levels are generally low due to no neighbours immediately adjacent (stairway on one side, no property on the other).
