While the building welcomes pets, this apartment does not accept pets. Allergy sufferers should be aware a dog sometimes lives in the flat, but it will not be present during your stay.

Your home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels. Complimentary cleaning and fresh linens are provided weekly. Should you wish to have the sofa bed made up, please notify us in advance — additional charges apply.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form to confirm your identity and booking details, requiring official photographic identification. This ensures a personalised service and added security for both guests and homes.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!
