A relaxed living space with a large black leather corner sofa, a round glass dining table seating four and a TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick, so you can sign in to your own streaming apps. Doors lead out to the private terrace.



KITCHEN

A fully equipped kitchen with a four burner gas hob, electric oven, built in microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and separate dryer. You will also find a kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and crockery, cutlery and glassware for four guests, including wine glasses.



MAIN BEDROOM

A bright bedroom with a super king bed, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table with mirror and stool, a mirrored sliding wardrobe with hanging space, a shoe rack and a tower fan. French doors open straight onto the terrace.



SECOND BEDROOM

A cosy bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a double wardrobe with hangers, a shoe rack and a tower fan.



BATHROOMS

Two bathrooms, one with a glass shower enclosure, basin, WC and heated towel rail, and the other with a bath and shower. Fresh towels are provided for every guest.



PRIVATE TERRACE

A generous private terrace with sweeping views across the Thames towards Canary Wharf. Enjoy breakfast or evening drinks at the bar table and stools, surrounded by planters.



LAUNDRY AND HOME COMFORTS

Washer in the kitchen plus a separate tumble dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, central heating with a Hive thermostat, and WiFi throughout.



PARKING

A space in the secure undercover car park (bay 40), plus free on street parking nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests have the whole apartment to themselves during their stay, including the private terrace and a parking space in the undercover car park (bay 40). Self check in: your keys and car park fob are collected from a secure letterbox in the entrance hall, and full instructions are sent before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits right beside the Thames Path in Thamesmead West, a quiet residential riverside spot with open views up the river towards Canary Wharf. The path in front of the building is perfect for a morning walk or run, and parkrun takes place along the river every Saturday. Tesco Express is a 5 minute walk away.



Follow the river west for about 20 minutes to Woolwich and the Royal Arsenal Riverside, home to historic pubs such as the Dial Arch and The Guard House, the award winning Punchdrunk theatre company, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.



Further afield, historic maritime Greenwich and Canary Wharf are a short Uber Boat or train ride away, and the O2 and ExCeL London are both close by. For a day trip, the Kent coast is easy to reach, with Whitstable famous for its oysters, plus plenty of tearooms, National Trust properties and beaches, and the pretty town of Rye just over the border in East Sussex.



Getting Around:

ELIZABETH LINE

Woolwich station is around a 20 minute walk along the river or a 15 minute bus ride from Merbury Road. Trains reach Canary Wharf in around 8 minutes, Liverpool Street in around 15 minutes and Bond Street in around 25 minutes, with services continuing west to Paddington and Heathrow.



DLR AND NATIONAL RAIL

Woolwich Arsenal station, next to the Royal Arsenal, has DLR trains to London City Airport, Canning Town, Stratford and Bank, plus Southeastern trains to Greenwich and London Bridge.



UBER BOAT BY THAMES CLIPPERS

Woolwich Pier is about a 20 minute riverside walk. Boats run along the Thames to the O2, Greenwich, Canary Wharf and central London, a scenic way to see the city's sights.



BUS

Buses from Merbury Road reach Woolwich town centre in around 15 minutes, with connections across south east London.



CAR

The apartment has a space in the secure undercover car park off Miles Close (bay 40, maximum vehicle height 1.9m), and free on street parking is also available. There is no vehicle access to the front of the building, so stop briefly in Miles Close to unload.



AIRPORTS

London City Airport is just across the river, a short DLR ride from Woolwich Arsenal. Heathrow is reachable on the Elizabeth line.



WALKING AND CYCLING

The Thames Path runs right past the building, giving a traffic free riverside route to Woolwich and beyond on foot or by bike.



Other Things to Note:

*The apartment is on the 4th floor and the lift is currently not working, so access is by stairs only. Please bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage, young children or limited mobility

*The apartment door locks automatically, so please always take your keys and fob with you when you go out

*Please empty the tumble dryer water container and filter after every use

*Please do not feed the pigeons on the terrace

*Rubbish bins are on the ground level in the courtyard
