The space
Whatever the weather, the eat-in kitchen’s flooded with sunshine. It’s made even more striking by its city views and closeness to Oxford Circus. Regents St, Mayfair the shopping paradise and Covent Garden with all the theatres just minutes away,. The ensuite bathroom is just as glamorously as the smaller shared bathroom with tub and shower

You’re in the very heart of the city here, within walking distance of some of London’s best museums, galleries and theatres. The nearest tube stations like Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Picccadily Circus, are only minutes walk away.

Guest access
The property features a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the dining area. It is equipped with essential kitchen items, such as cookware, cutlery, and crockery. Additionally, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, Nespresso capsules, and sugar sachets are provided.

Other things to note
****Bag-drop (without staying in the apartment) starts from 1:00 PM. Move-in starts from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) / late check-out (after 11 am) is possible for an extra fee. depending on the availability.

We generally offer late check-in till midnight.
Additional fees will apply as follow:

8:00PM - 9:00 PM - GBP30
9:00 PM - 11:00 PM - GBP50
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM - GBP100

Maid service available - upon request and necessary fees apply.

Cleaning service fee is included in the total nightly price. For stays for 21 nights and longer we ask for an additional check-out cleaning fee of 120 GBP.

***We are happy to provide a baby cot. Please bring your own baby linen accessories. Our Hotel linen provider does not offer any kind of baby cot linen.

The Mayor of London is carrying out road improvements across the city this summer. As a result, there may be occasional minor works on your street, which could include some light noise. I’ll do my best to keep you updated, but please note that these events are beyond my control and not grounds for a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

Also, the neighbouring building is undergoing exterior renovations. It’s generally very quiet, though you may occasionally hear some light noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.
