Enjoy a stylish stay in Notting Hill in this well-appointed two-bedroom flat, ideally placed for exploring one of West London’s most distinctive neighbourhoods. Accommodating up to five guests, the property offers a comfortable base for families, friends or business travellers, with inviting living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen and convenient access to Bayswater and central London.

Located on the fourth floor, please note that the building does not have a lift. The flat features two bedrooms, with one queen-size bed and one double bed, as well as a separate single sofa bed in the study. There are two bathrooms, both fitted with a bath and overhead shower, offering added convenience for groups travelling together.

The living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day in the city, complete with a sofa and space to unwind. A separate study offers additional flexibility and includes the single sofa bed for the fifth guest. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to an evening meal, while the dedicated dining area provides a welcoming setting for guests to eat together.

Notting Hill is one of London’s most recognisable and vibrant neighbourhoods, celebrated for its colourful period houses, independent boutiques, lively food scene and distinctive West London character. Spend time exploring Portobello Road Market, famous for antiques, vintage finds, fashion, food and its bustling market atmosphere, or wander through the picturesque streets around Westbourne Grove, Lancaster Road and the surrounding mews. Nearby attractions also include the Museum of Brands, while Holland Park and its peaceful Kyoto Garden offer a relaxing escape from the city.

The neighbourhood has an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants and traditional London pubs. Popular places to eat include Granger & Co and Farm Girl for brunch, while acclaimed restaurants such as The Ledbury and Core by Clare Smyth offer something special for an evening out. For transport, Bayswater Underground Station is the closest Tube station and is served by the Circle and District lines, providing straightforward connections across central London and towards destinations including Paddington, South Kensington, Westminster and the City. With excellent public transport nearby, guests can easily explore Notting Hill as well as many of London’s best-known attractions, shopping districts and cultural destinations.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
