The Deptford Film Club takes place above the Amersham Arms on New Cross Road and is part of a wider cinematic scene that also includes the Deptford and New Cross Free Film Festival (indoor and outdoor screenings). The London Theatre on New Cross Road is the place to be for plays that try out before transferring to the West End.
Brockley Market - 5 minutes from the house, the Award Winning Brockley Market is open on Saturdays and offers a wide selection of organic fruit and veg, freshly caught seafood, meat, wines, cheeses and a number of very popular Food Trucks.

Getting Around:
The rail network is excellent and you get to Canary Wharf from Deptford Bridge on the DLR, London Bridge is one station away from both New Cross Gate and New Cross station and Queens road for Cannon Street. Main south east Bus depot is also based here and access into and out of London is very easy.
