Enjoy a calm, characterful stay in this thoughtfully styled one-bedroom flat, set within a sought-after 1930s period building in Bethnal Green. Located in a secure, gated community, the home opens onto a charming shared courtyard that feels quietly tucked away. You’re moments from Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, and the cafés, galleries and nightlife of Shoreditch and Hackney. Bethnal Green Underground is around a 10-minute walk, with quick routes into the City and central London.

The kitchen is bright, practical and well equipped, designed for everyday comfort. There’s space to cook properly if you wish, but you’re also perfectly placed to enjoy the surrounding food scene. I leave a welcome pack with tea, coffee and everyday essentials to help you settle in comfortably — and if you need to top anything up, local shops and independent grocers are just a short walk away. Bethnal Green High Street is close by too, with an excellent mix of cafés, bakeries and neighbourhood favourites.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. Soft light, generous storage and a comfortable bed make it an inviting space to rest and reset — quiet and cocooning after time spent exploring the city.

The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a separate shower, giving you the choice to refresh quickly or properly unwind at the end of the day.

Location is one of this home’s strongest assets. Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line) is a short walk away, alongside Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green rail stations, making it easy to move across London. Shoreditch, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Liverpool Street and the City are all close at hand, whether you’re heading out for work, culture or late dinners — while the flat itself remains tucked away and residential.

Check-in/ check-out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

Parking:
There is no parking with the property. The are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.

Complimentary Welcome Pack:
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is Tescos Express 2 minutes walk away.

Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is £40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.

Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.

Property Management Services:

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
