The Space:

Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a memorable stay in London. We have designed it to feel like a comfortable home away from home.



The flat is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.



The flat has been thoughtfully designed to be functional and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential and peaceful, while still being around 15 minutes from the city centre.



Sleeping area

There is a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress.



High-quality linen and towels are provided.



Dining area

You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two chairs, as well as a 30-inch TV with Netflix.



Kitchenette

The nicely sized kitchenette has brand-new appliances and provides everything you need for a home-like experience. It is well equipped with salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, toaster, kettle, microwave/oven, portable two-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and more.



There is also a wardrobe in the apartment.



House rules

Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



If you are travelling as a larger group or family, we have additional studio flats in the same house.



Guest Access:

We'd like to inform you about the access to the apartment.



Upon arrival, you'll need to climb 7 steps to reach the main entrance of the building. Once inside, there's a short walk down the corridor followed by approximately 30 steps leading up to our cozy second-floor where our studio flat is located.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning) £55.



If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased.



Last-minute booking - check-in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already).
