Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce grand appartement très bien placé ! Juste une petite suggestion: des lampes sur les tables de chevet des chambres seraient un plus. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location !

The location was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the proximity to so many sites and stores. The size and layout worked great for us. The managers quick reply and response to getting a small repair made was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family of four or five. It has an elevator and easy private walk up, we always felt safe. One recommendation I would make is to use a white noise machine in the early morning hours, this only affected one of the bedrooms, and it was the recycle trucks and such, normal noises to most, but we were not used to it. It was a simple adjustment! We stayed for a week and it was very nice to have the washing machine!

Buyer beware! I've never had a worse experience with a rental. I generally don't write reviews, but this upset me so much that I will write one to save you the pain.I got a call when I landed in London that they had a leak in the unit and it was not fit for me to stay there. They offered me a different unit in Kennsington,(Not where I needed to be for my business trip) Being that i was stranded with nowhere to go, I agreed to meet at the new place. When we arrived at the new location, the heat and hot water were not turned on. It took Dalton about 30 min and multiple phone calls to someone trying to figure out how to get things turned on. Eventually he told me everything was good to go and left. The heat never came on. I waited about an hour and there was still no heat... I was there in February. It was cold.I get it, maintenance issues happen. They immediately stopped communicating with me and have refused to give me a refund. I was forced to book a last minute hotel. So I am being charged for a stay that I never used, because they have run down units I would highly recommend not doing any business with this property manager. There's plenty of honest owners out there to deal with. Avoid these guys. You've been warned!

Kitchen provided everything that we needed. We were just minutes from Piccadilly and the entertainment district. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had great water pressure, great for showering. The television had lots of channels. Located on the second floor so easy access to outside.

Location is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful not crowded with tourist but within short walking distance from everything. It is located in a a higher end neighborhood. Dalton was a great communicator and very helpful. He gets 5 stars! We did experience a lot of construction noise starting at 6 AM. I would inquire about that if it is an on going issue. Considering the price point some things to note the main living area is very nice, the place is spotless clean but the bedrooms are lacking no tv, stains on carpet no night stand lamps but light controls by bed on the wall are convenient. My biggest issue was the Bathrooms. They are falling apart. They are in desperate need of repair. Overall when comparing pricing in London for similar flats I feel the price for this flat is right on target and to accommodate for those issues. I hope this detail is helpful. I still give it 4 stars based on overall value. Also for reference my husband and I typically stay in 4-5 star hotels. We booked this due to traveling with family friends and so my reference point may differ from others.

Great Location!

Great flat situated in a lovely area of London. Easy to get to the tube as well as walkable to parks, palaces, and landmarks to see! Check in was easy and kitchen and living were spacious. The master bathroom is quite small, so the mirror in the hallway and the second bathroom is helpful.

Location was perfect! Able to walk to most everything we wanted to see, or just get on the train. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms could use some updating, but were nice and clean. Very well equipped and great closet storage. I would recommend fans for the bedrooms for both air circulation and to help block some of the early morning street noise from the adjacent businesses, but overall a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!
