The Space:

Lovely, minimalistic yet stylish apartment with industrial and Nordic-inspired furniture and plenty of modern touches.



Our bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment provides an excellent home base for a comfortable and memorable stay in London. It is situated on a vibrant street in a friendly neighbourhood, offering a great balance between city access and local atmosphere.



Each of the three bedrooms is generously sized and furnished with a comfortable double bed.

We provide 8 soft pillows on each bed, along with one bath towel per guest.



One bedroom and the living room enjoy beautiful morning sunlight, while the other bedrooms benefit from lovely afternoon light. All bedrooms have been designed with comfort in mind to help ensure a restful night's sleep.



There are 3 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy and convenience when getting ready. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and rainfall shower heads. The third bathroom is located in the hallway and features a bathtub with a rainfall shower head.



The bedroom facing the street can sometimes experience some road noise. We provide earplugs in the apartment to help ensure you have a comfortable and restful stay.



The apartment also has a lovely sun-soaked balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air, sunshine and the scent of lavender.



Living and dining area

The beautifully arranged open-plan living and dining area features a 45-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable sofa seating three people, two soft stools and a designer wooden dining table with seating for six.



It is a great space to relax, spend time together and unwind after exploring London.



Kitchen

The kitchen forms part of the open-plan living and dining area and is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable short or extended stay.



Facilities include oil, coffee, a toaster, hand blender, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, along with plenty of space for preparing meals.



Baby cot

We have a foldable cot with a mattress measuring 100 × 74 × 74 cm, with mesh sides. It is suitable for babies from birth up to 36 months. Please request the cot in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.



Parking

Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Please request in advance. Parking is free on Sundays.



Location

The apartment is ideally located with convenient access to central London and the airports, making it a great base for exploring the city.

We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price.



We have a strict no-pet policy.



Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house).



Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times.



Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.



Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning).
