- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is split over five floors with no internal elevator. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. The bbq seen in the garden's listing pictures is not for guest-use. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. The steps up to the roof terrace are steep and do not have a hand-rail.
