Overall, the stay was fine. I had a longer stay, so I would think that Point A is more geared towards shorter trips.
For me, the rooms lack personality, feel quite sterile, and the lighting is just off. For example, getting ready in the morning, there is no overhead light, so it's a little odd.
Also my LED lights didn't work (but in all fairness I didn't mind, so I didn't report it)
What really let down Point A for me was the cleaning schedule. I had to ask 3 times for my room to be cleaned, and it was only done on the 10th night of my 13 night stay. Everything was really unclear, on the TV it said cleaning was every 3-4 days, but we heard lots of different stories from employees, so it's hard to know.
However, when I first went in the room, and when it was finally cleaned, everything was spotless and the cleaning was of a high standard.
If you are bringing lots of clothes, be aware there is no wardrobe space, to just something to be mindful of.
I probably would stay again, just for a shorter amount of time.
