Enjoy staying in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia area with this modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 100 square meters apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building WITHOUT a lift. There is a private terrace for your enjoyment (smoking is not allowed). Self check-in starting from 3 :00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.

Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift. There is a private terrace for your enjoyment (smoking is not allowed). There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with queen size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom, second full accessible from hall and 1 WC accessible from hall. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800ÂŁ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets Allowed (fees apply)
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ40. Both can be provide for ÂŁ60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be ÂŁ90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

This was a great place to stay in London, very centrally located in the heart of Fitzrovia. It was large and clean and well-furnished, recently renovated with a clean Ikea-ish vibe, with plenty of space for us and our three teenage kids. No AC but fans were provided, which was crucial during the heat wave. Not for people with problems with stairs, though (there are four flights). Key pickup was also a bit inconvenient, a 10-minute walk away in the opposite direction most people would be going (Tottenham Court Rd. Elizabeth line stop), but otherwise really great option for staying with a large group in central London. Would highly recommend and we'd stay here again if we came with the kids.

Great place. Centrally located. 2 Large bedrooms and a large bed in a curtain contained 3rd sleeping option. The real gem for us was the patio space and double sliding doors. It created a nice indoor outdoor feel on on of the hottest days in London. Fans kept the place cool and comfortable. We would definitely return here

This was a great property right by Goode Street tube. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. Note there are 64 stairs to walk up so not for those with mobility issues.There was a heat wave while there and only two small fans were provided. For three bedrooms and the size and price of the apartment would have expected more. Overall a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Everything well cleaned and check in was easy.

We loved this flat - very roomy and comfortable. Good bathrooms with walk-in showers. I chose it mainly for the neighborhood which I love. The only small complaint is that it would be nice to provide a few basic things like coffee and tea, also laundry detergent. We would certainly stay here again.

The property was lovely, in a nice neighborhood, and perfect for my needs. The booking process with the property manager was the stuff of nightmares. Unresponsive to anything I sent, unwilling to talk on the phone when I asked them and VRBO for a new way to connect since the messages weren’t working. Really an absurd booking experience.

The apartment is in a great location near a variety of restaurants and close to public transportation. Plenty of space to spread out with our adult children and everyone could grab takeout from their preferred restaurant and dine together at the apartment. Picking up keys was a little unpleasant as the clerk was very unfriendly. A kiosk would have been easier. The apartment was very nice and as described. The stairs to the apartment definitely help the “flights climbed” on AppleWatch. I embraced the extra calories burned knowing there was not a lift. Perfect stay for our family. I would stay here again.

The apartment is very nice and conveniently located close to the tube system. Overall it is a great place if you don’t plan on cooking a lot. We would happily stay there again if the kitchen was better equipped. Beyond few pots, pans and ustensiles, the kitchen supplies were limited - no dish clothes. Also, some basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, sugar were missing. They had a Nestle coffee machine that uses pods that were difficult to find at local grocery stores. Other basic products such toilet paper and paper towel were also very very limited.

This penthouse was so perfect for our stay! We had 5 adults and plenty of space for each of us. The place was spotless when we arrived and the beds were so comfy. A great location, super close to public transit. Only downside is you have to walk 10 min to pick up the keys and it was tough qalking up 4 flughts of stairs with heavy luggage but neither of those are terrible! Would highly recommend!

The flat was clean when we arrived and exactly as pictured in the photographs. There were plenty of towels and sheets to last more than a week. The apartment is located in a wonderful location--the neighborhood was safe and near major attractions, subway stops, restaurants, and groceries. All appliances were in good working order, although make sure there are no clogs in the washer/dryer so water can drain properly. There is no lift so for this property be sure everyone in your party can climb multiple sets of stairs. I would definitely stay here again if I need what is effectively a 3 bedroom apartment.

This apartment is on the 4th floor of a building on a fairly quiet street. Still, bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The Goodge street underground station is a 2 minute walk and much of downtown London is within a 20 minute walk. So, it really is very convenient if you are doing the tourist things. There is no elevator and the steps are steep. This will be a problem for some, especially getting luggage up to the room. The apartment was very clean, but the entry area and carpeted steps were a little grungy.

Loved the location, so much going on in the immediate area and the underground is steps away to explore the entire city. The stairs up are real, but we enjoyed them and it was a fun challenge and extra calorie burn while over-eating during our trip. Only knock is really the key/check in process, but it's fine in the end. If we visit London again we will be back!

Are you considering renting this apartment? Do it right away! We will definitely come back! Everything you need is in the apartment. The apartment is a short distance from the underground, and you can reach many of the sights on foot. Large and practical apartment, the best part was the terrace when the temperature was over 30 degrees. There is no AC in the apartment, but there are some fans available which help a little bit on hot days. There is no lift in the building, but we used the stairs as a training session. Many restaurants, shops and cafes are close by. The keys are collected and delivered at a shop approximately 7 minutes away.

Brilliant and well appointed apartment on the top floor of the apartment building. Quiet, excellently located with a lot of space and, for us, the perfect outdoor, private terrace. All of the fittings and fixtures were of the highest quality, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms perfect. There was ample cutlery and crockery in the apartment. Very good value for money. This property is very nice, clean, and spacious. It is on the top floor of the building, so you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs to get there. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Key pickup and drop-off was easy. It is in a good location, with easy access to the tube station, and within 30 minutes walking to major attractions, like Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace. However, it can be slightly noisy with all the trucks passing by starting before 6am in the morning. If you plan on staying for a few days and need to do laundry, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, but you will need to buy your own detergent. It is not provided. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, so it may not be enough if you stay longer like us, for 4 nights. Each shower had 3 mini bottles of shower gel, so we did have to buy our own shampoo and more shower gel from the grocery store nearby. Other than this, everything was great. We had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Property was very nice and clean, top floor of a 4 story building. Nice roof top patio. Only negative comment would be that the apartment lacked things like spices, coffee filters, replacement toilet paper - things that just accumulate in a house and are not used frequently but nice to have when you need them. But other than that, apartment was perfect and fit our needs exactly.
