Welcome to our exquisite Victorian home that comes with a lovely 2-bedroom flat. Relax in the cosy living area, dine in comfort, or catch up on work. The master features a king-size bed & en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed & a private bathroom. Plus, a spacious double sofa bed for extra guests.
The kitchen amenities are provided. The flat is located near Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale stations, as well as local attractions like Little Venice and Portobello Road Market

There is an additional charge of £20 per night for extra guests using the sofa bed once occupancy exceeds 4 people.
The space
Come and experience the charm of a Victorian house that offers a beautifully 2-bedroom flat with high ceilings and traditional accents.
As you step into the inviting living space, you'll find abundant seating, a comfortable television viewing area, and a dining facility. The living room also boasts a work desk and chair, making it perfect for those needing a workspace during their stay. Additionally, there is a large double sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, accommodating two extra guests.
On the right side of the living room, ascend a short stairwell to reach the master suite. Adorned with a bay front window and traditional wooden shutters, the room features a king-size bed, ample storage cupboards, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a full bath, modern chrome fixtures, an overhead shower, a sink, and a W.C. facility.
Returning to the living space, the second bedroom awaits on the left side. Illuminated by two large windows, this room boasts a king-size bed, ample storage cupboards, and its en-suite bathroom, complete with an enclosed shower cubicle, W.C., and sink.
Completing the layout, the kitchen is situated at the far left of the living space. Here, you'll find all essential amenities for your stay, alongside the delightful addition of a skylight window, offering abundant natural light,
The flat is conveniently located near various transport options, including Warwick Avenue Station, which is an 8-minute walk away, Maida Vale Station, which is a 10-minute walk away, Westbourne Park Station and Royal Oak Stations, which are a 10-12-minute walk away. In addition, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions, including Little Venice, which is an 8-minute walk away, and the vibrant Portobello Road Market and charming streets of Notting Hill.

As a guest, you have complete access to the entire apartment
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
