Our majestic Town house is Nestled among the pastel-coloured houses in the heart of Nottinghill, seconds from the iconic Portobello Road and the famous Daylesford. The house has 4 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed, sleeping 10 guests. The master boast a stunning roof terrace which opens up fully. This is perfect to experience London’s most vibrant neighbourhood in comfort and style. Living space accommodates 8 - 10 people, with a large sofa. Large dinning area and outside dinning area.

2500 SQ.FT in total. We have just replaced all of the carpets in the entire property from March 2026. The rooms are very clean and kept to a very high standard. The roof terrace is an exceptional space overlooking Notting Hill. Contact me for any details or videos.

The property is split over 3 levels so has some stairs to get to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor.

The most affluent area in Notting Hill, next to the the most beautiful cafés, shops and restaurants and off course the famous portobello road.

Notting Hill Gate tube station is an eight minute walk
• No parties. No unauthorised guests past 11pm or before 7am.

• Do not leave the code on the lockbox. This is a security issue.

• We have luxury refillable toiletries in the property If any of the hand soap, shampoos, conditioner or dish soap bottles are missing or damaged there is a £30 charge per bottle.

•Trash / rubbish must go round the back of the house through the arches of pencombe Mews, in to the gated household waist area or recycling bins. Keep walking till the road turns left you will see recycling bins first then a door way to the house hold waist bin area.

• Please leave the kitchen tidy and in a respectable state how you would like your guests to leave your house ans our cleaners will do the rest.

•No smoking on the premises including the roof terrace and entrance of the property there is a £1000 penalty cleaning fee is there is evidence of smoking inside or smoke odour in the house.

• Please be mindful of the walls when taking luggage upstairs. do not scrape/scuff the walls, we check this after every stay and there will be a charge for re paint works if necessary.

• Please do not wait or loiter by the front entrance.

• Zero tolerance to drugs, you will be removed from the property and not refunded any further nights you may have booked and you will be fined £1800.

• Always make sure front door is firmly closed behind you and check it! Double lock the front door when you leave.

• Soft cushioning for outside roof terrace furniture can be found under the bed and in the cupboards in the master bedroom. Please put away after use. These must not be left in the rain, there will be a dry cleaning fee £500 if found wet.

• The Maximum number of people aloud in the property at any given time is 10. If this rule is broken the police will be notified you will be removed immediately.

• No outdoors shoes to be worn up stairs, please leave in kitchen or by front door.

• If keys are lost you will be charged £200.

. If you need to be let back in the property because you’ve locked yourself out there is a charge of £100 for the call out.

• If you ignore any of the rules you will be extracted.

• Sofa bed - The 5th bed ( the large sofa bed in the living room) will only be made up for bookings with over 8 people and will be an additional cost of 100 per person per night after 8. If you require the sofa bed and you have less than 9 people there will be an additional charge of £100 per night.

• Do not unplug or disconnect the internet in room opposite sitting room.

•Do not unplug the hive heating control plug in room opposite sitting room.

• late checkout fee, £100 per half hour you stay beyond 10am and you will be removed / escorted out by our security team if you do not comply with the check out time.

• Washing detergent / pods are not provided due to allergens so please wash your clothes with your own suitable washing Detergent.

• Please do not take any extra linen or towels without asking. You may use what is on the beds that you find on arrival. Duvet pillows and 4 towels per bed, 2 large 2 small (face cloth) if more is taken from our stock you will be charged.
