- Living Room: Bright and beautifully presented, the living room features a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table and large wall-mounted TV. The sofa converts into an additional sleeping space and will only be prepared as a sofa bed if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it is set up for you.
- Kitchen: The separate modern kitchen is finished with sleek cabinetry, marble-effect surfaces and everything needed for convenient home cooking. - Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
