- Welcome to our Brand New, Stylish-themed studio in a building with Lift. Enjoy modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a cosy bedroom with ample storage, and a private balcony. Take advantage of Free Parking, super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TV. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance.
PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.

- A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- This studio apartment is a single-room living space that integrates the kitchen, living area, and bedroom without separate divisions.
- The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge when booking 2 guests. For bookings of 2 guests, 1 double bed is provided. Please inquire for more details.
- We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £40 per stay upon request.
