Welcome to our modern and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Paddington a perfect base for your stay in London. Stylishly renovated, offering a comfortable and beautifully furnished living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and ample storage space and TV. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one shower and a showers and bathtub.

This flat is located in Paddington and is an ideal choice for families or groups wishing to explore the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the three private balconies available in the flat. The management team was super helpful and responsive as someone tried to check-in early one morning while our kids were still sleeping. They also were patient as we tried to figure out how to get our clothes out of the dryer because we couldnā€™t give it the two hours the cycle required. The apartment itself was so-so. We were there when it was super hot, and although there are fans in each room, sleeping was very difficult. The towels were on the cheaper side and there was no soap or shampoo in the shower if you came unprepared. Location was great, although the building itself seemed a little sketch.

The property was great. Spacious, clean, closing to Paddington Station. For the summer, there is no air conditioning which is covered in the listing. 3 TVs are nice when you have a big group. Lots of plugs set up for various types of plugs is a great plus. There is a luggage storage location next to the key pick-up if you arrive early. Easy access to Heathrow and the London Underground. Good restaurants in the area. Area feels safe to walk around in day or night.

We stayed here for 4 nights, loved the location as it was easy to hop on the bus or tube. We found some great pubs close by for easy dinners after a long day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to have breakfast in the apartment before heading out. Kenny and Leya communicated with us very quickly and answered any questions prior to our arrival. Our only negative regarding our stay here is the elevator in the building. As we were leaving London 4 of us got on the elevator and it broke down. We had to call the fire department to let us out which took about 20 minutes but luckily we still made our train.

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. It was bright and sunny, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and modern. The location to Paddington Station was extremely convenient for all of our transportation needs. The condo building was not quite what we expected from the outside, it overlooks the train tracks so one bedroom does have train noise, but once we were settled this didnā€™t bother us. New carpet and paint would take this listing to the top but it was very comfortable as is and we would stay again. Property manager was available and responsive throughout our stay. Lovely place and experience.

We had a great week in London. The apartment is in a great location right next to a bus stop, short walk to Paddington station and close enough to walk to Kensington park. The apartment has everything you need to eat at home. The bathrooms are new and have good water pressure and warm water. The two double beds could use an upgrade for our soar bodies after walking all day but we all still slept fine. The hosts are very quick to respond and helped us with all our questions. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in London.

This was our families first trip to London, and this was a great landing spot for us. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers. It was perfect for us to have our own spaces as well as a great kitchen/dining/living room area for us to hang together. The ease to Paddington Station was amazing! We didnā€™t spend too much time in the Paddington area but hitting up Zizziā€™s for a late night dessert our final night was an unexpected treat!

Great Location. I would stay here again. Easy to work with owner/manager. No issues while we were there. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great bathrooms. My only minor negative comment would be that you had to pick up the key from another location about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. My recommendation to would be to have a way to access the keys onsite or maybe a electronic code to enter. It was not tragic but not convenient if you have limited time. With all that said, I would stay here again. Great place.

Fuimos 10 personas en enero, cĆ³modo, todo funciona, muy bien equipado, calefacciĆ³n optima, ubicaciĆ³n privilegiada, cerca de la estacion de Paddington, en zona de restaurantes y negocios, supermercado a 300 mts. El hall del edificio no es lindo pero el departamento es muy moderno. La comunicaciĆ³n con el propietario fue excelente. VolverĆ­amos sin dudarlo.

Fantastic modern apartment minutes from Paddington station which has connections to multiple underground lines, with many restaurants within walking distance. Fans in all the bedrooms meant sleeping comfortably was never an issue in hot weather.
