A spacious self-contained Studio Apartment located on the Top Floor of a 3 floor period building (but no elevator).

The property sits right at the centre of London’s famous West End. Being only 800m from the famous Centre Point. Which makes this large Studio Apartment an absolutely perfect base - from which you can explore many of London’s famous attractions.

The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament. Or Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Camden, Soho, Marylebone, & London’s Theatre District. Plus much, much, more
!) all lie within a comfortable walking distance of the property.

Moreover you will also benefit from a choice of two Underground Stations (Goodge Street & Tottenham Court Road) within 2/3 mins & 6/7 mins walk respectively. There are also a number of alternative bus routes nearby. While Mainline Stations (Kings Cross International/ St Pancras) are also 15 mins walking distance. Or approx £10-12 door to door - in one of London’s world famous Black Taxi’s!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The location was unmatched, this is the place you want to be! Tons of shops, pubs, and eateries nearby. Major attractions within walkable distance or short tube ride. The owners were super accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The apartment was also spotless, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We will definitely book here anytime we visit London in the future.

The location is great if you are coming to London to see the sights—a short walk to Big Ben and a decent walk to Buckingham. We stayed here on the end of our Ireland, Scotland, and London vacation and having a washer/dryer was great. It was also nice to have air conditioning in the unusually hot weather.

Wir waren nach sehr langer Zeit einmal wieder in London und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Stadt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, um einen großen Teil des inneren Stadtkerns auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, ansonsten nahegelegene U-Bahnstation oder Buse vor der HaustĂŒre. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Fotos im Internetauftritt entsprechen der RealitĂ€t. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Eine tolle BegrĂŒĂŸung mit Blumen, Obst und Sekt! Wir werden wiederkommen.

Great location with nearby access to the Northern, Central and Elizabeth lines. Elizabeth line takes you right from/to Heathrow, so very convenient. There are good restaurants, fast food places, cafes, pubs, grocery stores, and other shopping all very close. The studio is on the top floor, so a few sets of stairs to climb, no elevator. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the area. The studio had all the stated amenities and was as advertised. Being from the U.S., it was a little tricky to figure out how to operate the oven, heater, and washer/dryer, but google/you tube helped. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this apartment very much! Centrally located and near two Underground stations, we had no problem getting to the apartment and directions from Scott and Mariya were clear and easy to follow. I communicated mostly with Mariya and she met us to check us in and go over the basics on controlling the heat, using the appliances, security w/the front door, etc. There are stairs to navigate and the stairwell is somewhat narrow, so just keep that in mind if mobility (or overpacking) is an issue! There is no lift in the building. The apartment is very modern and well kept with nice bonuses provided like bottled water, milk, juice, tea/coffee and some basic spices and oil. I only used the kettle, and some dishware, but there is enough kitchenware to cook with if you wish to! Tesco Express and Marks & Spencer are very close by too. The shower took a little getting used to as it's an open bathroom; no shower door or tub, so the water will gradually flow out of the stall and needs to be squee-geed into the drain to clear and dry the floor when you're finished showering. Plenty of towels, pillows and linens were supplied. The mattress is a bit soft at the center but we had no problem sleeping on it! Many shops, pubs and restaurants in the area. Mariya and Scott were very friendly, accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to book here again for another visit to London!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything. Walk to theatre and museums. Groceries are just downstairs. Quick trip from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line. We loved our stay!

This property was exactly as advertised! Clean and comfortable in the heart of the West End. Scott and Mariya were super easy to communicate with and clear regarding checkin/out procedures. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to most of the places we had wanted to explore, and the proximity to the Tube provided easy access to everything a bit further out. If you don’t live in a city, you may find the noise something to get used to but I would highly recommend this property!

The VRBO was clean and welcoming! The neighborhood was good and the communication with the manager could not have been better. They provided big fluffy towels, nice furniture and air conditioning. The only even better ask would be if we could’ve had a luggage rack or a dedicated space to settle in. We would stay there again for sure

Came to London from up North for an event in Leicester Square. Prefer flats vs hotels and this penthouse ticked all the boxes. Great location for my stay, host was very accommodating and helpful. Flat was decent size with good facilities and comfortable bed. I slept great.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants/pubs and several Underground stations. Scott was a responsive and delightful host. He provided us very detailed instructions on how to use the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow to get to the property quickly and cost effectively. It was nice touch to have a bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice, bottled water and fresh flowers waiting for us. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to London.

I had to choose a place to stay within hours. This place was in the heart of things without being in the craziness. It was during the Euro cup Spain vs England. Also, a 10K race closing many of the streets down. My daughter was not feeling well. The owners were very helpful and got the place ready for us. The unit itself is quite comfortable. With everything you need right there. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Remember it is not a hotel, but an apartment. It is on the 3rd floor, no elevator.

Located smack bang in central London with easy access by foot and public transport to all London has to offer. The studio is very well equipped and aesthetically furnished. We loved our week in this flat! Excellent communication by host. Everything was just as described online. Most comfortable bed we have had anywhere. Walking distance to all the West End sites and shopping. Close to Googe St and Tottenham Court tube stations. Grocery store downstairs. Gail's Bakery just around the corner was a plus! We would definitely stay here again!
