Lovely two bedroom flat with patio in Notting Hill

The perfect base for discovering London!
A beautifully bright and spacious duplex apartment in the heart of Notting Hill. This charming period property is beautifully presented throughout and benefits from two large bedrooms (one en -suite) separate kitchen and a wonderful living room which looks directly onto a sun-trap flat roof.

The flat is perfectly located for the fine array of local bars, gastro pubs, eateries & boutiques that are synonymous with Notting Hill.

Please note the flat entrance is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor
Living room and patio 4th floor

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges
Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:
Fee of ÂŁ25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.
Fee of ÂŁ35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

Lovely stay in Notting Hill

Lovely top floor flat in Notting Hill with easy access to the tube (7mins) and local high street with portobello road close by. Accommodated 4 adults easily with a well furnished kitchen and a balcony off the lounge. Would happily stay again

Beautiful flat in charming neighborhood

This property is perfect for families, and is located in the heart of Notting Hill. It is close to Tube station, pubs, and all sorts of wonderful shops and dining. Our host was communicative and easy to work with. It’s a well maintained property and was a great home base for exploring London.

Great location, cute flat

We had a great week long stay at this flat in Notting Hill. It was easily accessible to Paddington station by bus and Notting Hill Gate for the tube. Our only surprise was we didn’t realize that the main bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom had the bathroom a half floor below it. The half bath was microscopic! No complaints about the setup, just wanted to make other visitors aware since the apartment layout wasn’t evident from the photos

This place was perfect for a week stay in London. Close to restaurants and stores. Sole was helpful with the check-in and available for any questions we had throughout the stay. Would recommend!

Christmas in Notting Hill

We loved our stay at this charming apartment. The space itself was comfortable, cozy and bright for the holidays with a very well equiped kitchen that was quite workable despite the size. Notting Hill is pretty and relaxing compared to other parts of the city and chocked full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Getting to the rest of London is fairly easy via tube and if you like to walk (a lot, and have time) can be done via beautiful Hyde Park once or twice. Sole is repsonsive and helpful. Would definately stay in Notting Hill and Sole's place again.

Fantastic flat in prime location

Sole is a great host, the flat is awesome. Prime location from a few bus stops & a small walk to 3 different underground stations. All the amenities you need, are provided by the host. Internet works great in all rooms. This flat is on the 3rd floor, and a small narrow stairway is the only way up.

Quiet location close to town

Beautiful place with lots of room to spread out. Quiet but close enough to town via metro or taxi. Do be cautious there is no AC. Only fans. Other than that would highly recommend!

Central Location in Notting Hill

Good location to walk to many sites, shopping and restaurants. Host was helpful and easy to contact. Principle bedroom does get noise from traffic, which may be difficult for light sleepers like me to get some rest.

Charming flat in a great neighborhood

Four of us enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay at this roomy and well-appointed 2 BR duplex apartment. Light and bright, and in close proximity to shopping and the tube, it provided a wonderful "home base" as we toured London. Note: located on 3rd/4th floor in walk-up building, but we were happy to get our steps in. All in all, 5 stars!

Cute and convenient in a great neighborhood

We wanted to stay on West side of London to be close to Henley but also close to the city center. Quiet and beautiful apartment. We never needed a car. Walked to Royal Oak stop to get to Paddington station. Close to Portobello street and all of the lovely cafes and shops. Thank you so much Sole!:)

Bright, cheery flat in Notting Hill

The flat was so much better than another hotel room. The rooms were clean, bright, and cheerful. We loved the neighborhood too. Our host was quick to address any concerns. And best of all, we had king size beds in both bedrooms! We definitely recommend this flat to London visitors.

5 day Bayswater Stay in May

My friend and I really enjoyed our London stay at this apartment in Bayswater. It served us well, was very clean, well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen, and conveniently located to major sites with only a five- or 15-minute walk to three Underground stations. Sole responded quickly to our questions in a friendly and helpful manner and met us at the front door on our arrival. We appreciated the bright and sunny living-dining area with its adjacent patio – along with the heated bathroom floors. The spare umbrellas were a nice touch and useful during a couple of days of rain. Be aware that it is a two-storey apartment, a third floor flat at the top of several steep flights of stairs. The only problem, despite Sole’s assistance, was difficulty accessing live television – a negligeable issue for us. Overall, for location, cleanliness, natural light and suitability, it was excellent.

Lovely Notting Hill Flat

We spent six nights in this lovely flat in a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect for our family group of three. We would definitely stay here again!

2 bedroom flat in Notting Hill

Overall, this is a gem. The apartment is clean and has plenty of space. What we didn't realize was how well located it was. 2 major bus lines right on the block take you everywhere in London or easy walks take you to the Tube. There are restaurants and shops near by. Sole communicated with us and was available if we needed her. Even wit the buses, it's a quiet neighborhood overall. A few minuses- there are stairs... this is a 3 floor flat on 2 levels. Be warned, especially if you have a lot of large luggage or mobility issues. Sole met us at the flat and went over things, but it would have been nice to have a binder with things written down to remember them all. The beds are a single mattress and not the most comfortable but we were able to sleep. All things considered, I'd stay here again when we go back to London.

Great flat...great location

We stayed in the flat for nine days and enjoyed it very much. The several sets of stairs will definitely be an empediment for some. That was the only true negative. The flat itself was clean, efficinet and in a great location. We used three different Tube stops as all are within walking distance. Several good coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance too. I would suggests that future renters bring/buy tissues, body wash and shampoo/conditioner as what was offered is insufficient. Overall, it was a great rental experience.

Charming and light

This was a well-located property in a lovely neighborhood on many bus routes. The flat was pretty, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommend. « Note: it is at the top of a lot of stairs. Well-worth the climb but not for the physically challenged. »
