The spacious living room features a new hotel-quality comfy sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It also has an extra-large king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to help guests sleep well. The area has expansive windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, among other utilities.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is located on the 7th floor (with a lift) in the prestigious Nell Gwynn House development, with 24-hour concierge service.

High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV & Netflix/Amazon Prime and other features are available in the home.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

The property is in a short stroll to the famous King's Road with the finest shops, cafes and restaurants.

Less than 10 minutes walk to both Sloane Square and South Kensington underground stations, offering excellent transport links with access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. You can conveniently explore the city and reach various destinations with ease.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.

If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
