Our brand new building in Bayswater is constructed in high-standard and it is the perfect place for those seeking for their new home in one of the most prime areas of London, with views of the Leinster Square and in walking proximity to Hyde Park. The building is designed with great attention to the detail and it consists of fully fitted, stylish 1, 2 and 3 apartments with an extra taste of luxury.
This 2 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a reception.

The large round table serves 4 people, to enjoy their leisurely meals with family or friends. The open-plan bespoke kitchen is integrated with brand electric appliances. The property is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk to Bayswater Underground station, on District and Circle Lines and 7 minutes walk far from the Queensway Underground station, on the Central Line, offering a plethora of options to transport to central locations. Check-in and check-out: We will arrange the check-in at your convenience any time after 3PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age.
Passport check: When you arrive, we will check the lead guest’s passport.
Cleaning: We carefully prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, it will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels. Housekeeping services during the stay can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
