Kensington Studio Gem - Rare find by Holland Park

Kensington & Holland Park is a wonderful residential & vibrant pocket of London. A tree lined home close to London`s renowned charming spots.

The home is newly renovated, well designed and perfect for all occasions. In addition to a comfortable bed, there is a sofa bed - ONLY available on advance request. The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Maximum occupancy is for 4 guests. We also provide a travel cot and high chair, as well as baby bath on request, subject to availability.

The studio home is street facing but is about 5 metres from the main road and with both a brick fence and a trellis covered by jasmine between the home and the street. Warwick Gardens has a barrier that closes from 10.30pm till morning which limits traffic flow, but is still accessible to residents.

There are 4 stairs to access the lower ground front door, to a beautifully decorated communal corridor (shared with one flat) where you can take your shoes off comfortably sitting on a bench.

Entering the spacious private studio, 34sqm, there is a UK KING size bed with a high end spring foam mattress, as well as a pull out UK KING size bed that also acts as a single bed and/or sofa. The compact en-suite shower room is brand new and includes a Saniflow toilet so we kindly ask to dispose of any unnatural waste in the bin. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size retro fridge freezer, over counter oven & hobs and a washer dryer.


There is a high strength portable Air conditioning unit, 12000 BTU, that can also heat, dehumidify and has a Night mode setting. We also have radiators for heating and the level is pre set for each season.

The flat is equipped with a new Smart TV that includes apps like Netflix, Prime & Disney, ready for you to login into your own account. There is no satellite at present. You can watch local channels on Freeview.

We have a great local recommendations email we can send you once you book, happily sharing our favourite spots and local hidden gems. There are supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a local small Sainsbury and huge Tesco with everything. Wholefoods is a 15 minute walk and Waitrose 7 minutes. We are an 18 minute walk from Earls Court tube station with access to District and Piccadilly lines (taking you to Heathrow), 10 mins from Olympia station, and also great bus links at the top of the road.

We have two parking spaces on site, that can be booked by the public and our guests by using the JustPark Application. Please do book in advance because we are popular and well-priced at less than GBP30 a day. This is separate to the home booking. Let us know if you need the parking and we will send you details about how to reserve the spot.

A 10 minute car ride away and you`ll reach the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum the V&A and Knightsbridge.
