The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a double bed, ample natural light from the large window, and a wicker chair for leisurely reading. The lovely bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, ideal for a soothing soak after a day exploring London.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming area of East Finchley, this neighbourhood offers a vibrant mix of local cafes, boutiques, and the iconic Phoenix Cinema, one of London’s oldest independent cinemas. Enjoy leisurely walks in nearby Cherry Tree Wood or explore the eclectic dining options along the High Road.

East Finchley Underground Station, just a short walk away, connects you to the Northern Line, offering easy access to Central London. Several bus routes are also conveniently available, making it easy to explore the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
