Located between Kilburn st (5 min walk) and West Hampstead (12 min walk) gives you excellent transport links (Jubilee Line, Overground, Thameslink).



The Space:

Lovely, artsy and modern house in a perfect location.



Our brightly lit 3-bedroom house provides an excellent home base for a memorable stay in London. It is situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood, just a 5-minute walk from Kilburn Underground Station, with great connections to central London. Brondesbury Overground Station is an 8-minute walk away, while West Hampstead Overground and Underground Station is approximately 12 minutes away on foot.



With several nearby transport options, you have plenty of choice for getting around London. The flat can sleep up to 6 people.



Rooms

The 3-bedroom house is a generous size. Two rooms have comfortable super king-size beds that can be split into two single beds, which is great if you prefer not to share a bed.

The third room has a comfortable high double bed with lovely storage space.

The flat faces the garden, welcoming you with views of green trees, which is a rare find in London.

All bedrooms have darkening curtains, and the quiet residential street provides a peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep. High-quality linen and towels are provided, including 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person.



Living room

The beautifully open-plan living room and kitchen feature a 50-inch TV with Netflix and a comfortable sofa. It is a great space to relax and enjoy yourself.



Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has a good-sized dining table with 6 chairs. It provides a home-like experience and is well equipped for preparing meals.

Facilities include oil, coffee, tea, a large toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more.



Bathroom

The house has one bathroom with a large bath and shower above. The washing machine and dryer are also located in the bathroom.



Garden

The house also benefits from a spacious, sun-soaked garden, which is a lovely area to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

The garden can be accessed from the living room or from two of the three bedrooms.



Baby cot

We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm) with mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months. Please request it in advance and we will have it ready for you.



We do not provide a proper baby mattress, duvet or bedding, so please bring your own if needed.



Great location close to London's favourite areas, the city centre and airports.



Guest Access:

Guests will be receiving a link with all the check in information 24h before.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning).



If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased.



Last-minute booking - check-in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already).



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house).



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
