This cosy and inviting cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is family-friendly, making it perfect for couples, small families, or friends. Newly renovated and spread over three floors, the home features two double bedrooms with plenty of storage and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

On the ground floor you will find the large open plan living/dining room. This is a great space to relax, gather to watch TV or play games. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and can also double as a space to work.

The cute and functional modern kitchen is located off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen comes with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy your breakfast at the breakfast bar with 2 stools.

There is one bedroom on the first floor, that has a comfortable double bed and built in wardrobes, plus a chest of drawers. This bedroom has a serene vibe with mood lighting and artwork. The fact that the bedrooms are on different floors provides privacy and separation for guests.

The other bedroom is on the second floor and has its own ensuite bathroom. It is a lovely, relaxing, calm space. With a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail, there is plenty of space for your belongings. At the top of the house, this bedroom is super cosy, but the head height is slightly restricted. So if you are over 6ft (1m83) you would probably find the ceiling height too low, including the shower.

There are two bathrooms — one is the ensuite to the top floor bedroom and features a walk in shower. The second bathroom is on the ground floor, featuring a bathtub and a shower over bath.

The cottage also offers a small private courtyard to relax in.

Ideally located less than 5 minutes walk from Richmond town centre and Richmond Station, the cottage gives easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and fast links into Central London. You can catch the underground (tube) from Richmond on the District Line. It is also on the mainline train line, so very well connected for journeys all over London and beyond.

Paid parking is available at the Premier Inn car park 20 metres away and it costs £30 per 24 hours. It is easy to arrange via an app and can be booked in advance. There are plenty of spaces. Additional street parking can be found on nearby streets, which can be paid for using the RingGo app.

Guests will have the house and courtyard garden to themselves.

• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping, and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited, including the garde ; a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am; please keep noise to a minimum, including TV volume.
• Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when you are not in the property.
• Respect check-in and check-out times: check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a charge.
• Please take care of the keys: lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out.
• Please use indoor shoes or slippers where possible to help keep the cottage clean.
• If anything breaks or goes wrong during your stay, please inform us so it can be replaced or fixed promptly.
• Please be mindful of the property’s furniture and fittings - treat it as you would your own home.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
