The Space:

Step inside our charming Pinner house and discover a thoughtfully designed space perfect for your stay. The house features two well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, ideal for guests or family. Both bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, providing a relaxing retreat. The house includes full bathroom, and seperate toilets downstairs offering convenience and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. Enjoy meals together at the dining table. Step outside to the garden, a perfect spot for relaxation or outdoor dining. Additional amenities include free parking, air conditioning, and wireless fibre broadband, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.



Guest Access:

After booking, you’ll receive an invite with a link to our guest app—this is genuine and grants you access to the house manual and all details about your stay.

You’ll also be asked to complete a verification process, which may include an optional waiver payment to protect your reservation.

The property is self check-in and keys are available onsite. All instructions will be available in the app 24 hours before check-in, once the verification process is complete.

The Neighborhood:

Explore the charming neighbourhood surrounding our house.

Nature lovers will enjoy Roxbourne Park and the Roxbourne Rough nature reserve, both perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The local park has playground and outdoor exercise machines available.

For a unique experience, visit the park on weekends to see the little steam train.

Pinner High Street, a short distance away, offers a delightful shopping experience with a historic pub dating back to the 1600s.

You'll also find a Sainsbury's and a Marks and Spencer for your grocery needs.

The Memorial Park, with Daisy's cafe by the lake, is a great spot to relax.

For beauty treatments, Aanana on Cannon Lane is a local favourite.



Eastcote, also nearby, features smaller supermarkets and cafes.

Rayners Lane offers easy access to the station and Indian takeaways.

Getting around from our charming house is a breeze!

Eastcote or Rayners lane stations are conveniently located, offering direct access to central London via the Metropolitan or Piccadilly lines.

Travel time to Baker Street is approximately 30 minutes, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

For those arriving by air, Heathrow Airport is easily accessible, with a journey time of around 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Free parking is available on the premises for guests who prefer to drive.

Local bus routes also provide convenient connections to surrounding areas.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect the property and neighbourhood during their stay. Pets are not allowed.

The garden requires mowing every two weeks between April and October. Unfortunately, there is no side access to the garden, so we will need to access the property on Saturday every two weeks to mow the lawn and remove the grass cuttings. thank you for your understanding.

We are available to assist guests between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily. You can reach us via the platform messaging system for any questions or needs during your stay. We aim to respond promptly.
