Booking started on 20th July (Sunday), but the room was not ready. The fridge had a strong chemical smell, similar to gas, and the room was unfit to stay in. A receptionist came to inspect and confirmed the room would be changed. After waiting a few hours, I was given another room, but the door didnât lock from either side and there was no microwave. Because of this, I returned the keys to the receptionist and requested a refund for the first night.
The next day, I was moved to the original room, and the fridge was replaced. However, a microwave was not provided for the entire stay.
I checked out today and hope the refund for the first night will be processed to my account as agreed.
