We visited London in January 2011. This apartment was spacious and well equipped. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, even using the fold out bed in the living room. It is in a good location right near Lambeth tube station and we walked easily each day across the Westminster Bridge and into the heart of London. Anna was very responsive and helpful and the concierge was very informative and always there and security doors to the building made it very secure. Thank you Anna!

This apartment is located convenient to the Lambeth North Underground. The flat was spacious and clean with great views of the city. The area felt safe and the building has security 24 hours a day. We have rented through VRBO within the United States but never internationally. The process was easy and everything was just as it was stated in the listing. The owner was great to work with and we would highly recommend this apartment.

This was a great apartment for us. There were 3 adults visiting London for a quick 3 days. The location (literally next to the tube station) was the perfect launch point. Within a 5 minute walk is the Imperial War Museum, London Eye, Westminster or Waterloo Station for even more train/tube transfers. The bedrooms are bigger than the pictures show. Comfy beds & we loved the heated towel racks in the bathrooms. We have already told friends about this amazing place.

My husband and two children (5 & 2) truly enjoyed our stay in your apartment! It was the perfect finish to a 3 week trip to Europe. The view was absolutely amazing and the location right next to the tube station was great. We spent 2 full days hitting all of the sights with our kids and it was so nice to be able to head back to such a lush and comfortable flat. My only regret is that we didn't have more time in London to enjoy the flat. We had amazing Chinese take-away one night and the best fish and chips we've ever had! Thank you Anna. If we ever return to London for a stay, we would love to stay in your home again.

Superb stay at extremely well located and well appointed apartment, 9 mins walk (even with legs of a 4 and 7 yr old) to London eye, concierge security, modern furniture all through the property. Only issue was speakers in stereo, which I couldn't make work, but I am not very HiFi literate and this could have been me. We will go back and would unreservedly recommend. Our family of four stayed five nights in the apartment and it was a welcomed break from the hotel room of the previous seven nights. The apartment was cozy and had the extra room to spread out a bit. The apartment is directly next door to a tube station which made it a snap for getting around London. It was also great to have a washing machine to catch up on laundry during the trip. Be sure to check out Cotto's, the Italian restaurant, across the street. The food is great and the owner was very friendly.

Good beds, superbly equipped apartment, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Eye and Waterloo Station but still fairly quiet, Tube station right next door, 24-hour concierge, all-night supermarket just across the road. The view from the balcony takes in Big Ben and the Eye. Couldn't have asked for more. The good thing about the location is that if you plan your outings you can often totally do without the tube. For anyone dropping off a hire car (as we did), there's a drop-off station at the Oval just a couple of hundred yards down the road. Highly recommended.

The apartment provide our family (2 adults and 3 children) with the perfect base for a week's sightseeing in London. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed for the week. We had all the information we needed. The lisitng is an accutrate refelction of the apartment - if anything the apartment was better than expected. It is very close to the underground and within easy walkiig distance of the sainsbury's near Waterloo station. The view of London Eye at night is spectacular. We had a great week and would definitley recommend this propoerty to family and friends.

We stayed with our two adult children four days during the beginning of the (cold) month May 2010.The apartment contributed considerably to an excellent stay in London: comfortable, clean and well equipped. Public transport (bus and tube) are within 50 metres of the apartment. And two supermarkets are just across the street. Staff is very kind and helpful. Contact with Anna (owner) via e-mail was easy and swift. We would surely recommend this apartment to others.

I recommend this quiet, comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. Walk to the Old Vic for theater, walk to Lower Marsh Street for meals, walk to the London Eye and the river. When you get tired of walking take a nearby tube or train. Or stay at home to enjoy WiFi and the view from the balcony.

Lambeth Tube Station is literally around the corner, County Hall with the Aquarium, Eye, Thames River, and terrific restaurants (Troia and Locale in particular) are just a few minutes walk away. We had two adults and three teens staying in the apartment and there was truly enough room for all of us. Plenty of amenities on hand (kitchen, laundry) and clear instructions, even an interesting selection of books on the shelves! Anna in particular was wonderful, jumping through some hoops for us to stay an extra day when BA went on strike and stranded us in England. I cannot wait for our next visit -- we will definitely stay here!

The apartment was great, everything as stated on the VRBO. We stayed over New Years with our 2 teenage boys and it was perfect. Were able to watch the fireworks from the Waterloo Bridge and walked back to the apartment after midgnight, within walking distance to the Eye. The Grand Union Pub just down the street had the biggest and best burgers we have tasted. Shopping on lower Marsh Street for groceries easy walk to. With the Tube right next door to the building and the bus service excellent to get around. Also Waterloo station within walking Distance. Everything you needed right there. - Thank you enjoyed the stay and definitely be back next time in London. The apartment had everything you needed it was like being at home.

This is a fantastic flat in a great location. Both the tube and bus routes are very close and convenient. The walk to the London Eye is easy and this flat is near to some great little eateries. Thanks to Anna, it was easy to book, find and enjoy as it was pretty much fully furnished. We are a family of 5 with young children who highly recommend staying at this property!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children were very comfortable, it was home away from home. Anna was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment was very clean, modern and well presented. The location was convenient, under ground station next door, good family friendly pubs close by and the super markets were also very close. Stayed at this terrific property 9/28 - 10/4. It's perfect. It exceeded our expectations, even with all of the other glowing comments. The location is great. There are 3 tube stops within a 10 minute walk. Lambeth is just next door. It was great to be able to do some laundry after being in Bath for several days. The M&S Fresh Express at the Waterloo station had all kinds of prepared foods and sandwiches. We got a Pay as you go Phone and Minutes for 15 GBP at the Carphone Warehouse and used it to contact Anna, make theatre reservations, and phone the US. This place cannot be beat!!!

Wonderful stay! We stayed here with 4 adults and 1 child and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Well furnished and very comfortable with a great view of the London Eye. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and the underground was just steps away. The refrigerator was not working but Anna let us know before we arrived and provided a plug-in cooler for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

We will add our voice to all the previous comments and agree that Anna's flat is a perfect "home away from home" while in London. The flat is spacious, clean and bright and has everything you will need to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing. We loved the view of the Eye from the flat and the building's location makes it incredibly easy to jump on a bus or the tube and get wherever you are planning to explore in the City. We have three children (6, 7 and 9) and the size of the flat allowed everyone to have their space - whether in the morning allowing the children to watch their favourite TV shows while we prepared breakfast or to decompress after a busy day visiting the sites of London. It was a fabuulous week and we definitely recommend staying in this flat if you are planning to visit London!

My wife and I and our 4 children (12,10,9 and 6 years of age)stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It is fully kitted out. The location was superb - right beside Lambeth North Tube station which we used daily as a direct line into either Picadilly or Oxford Circus. We also had a 5 minute walk to Waterloo Rail station where we were able to get a day trip to legoland. This was my first vacation rental and a friend recomended VRBO, I was a bit apprehensive, but the experience has been a very positive one. You will not be dissapointed with this accomodation.

Our famly of 4 stayed in the apartment for 4 nights in early July. It is in a great location, very short walk to most major sights including a stop for the Hop-on Hop-Off Bus tour which I recommend. The flat is as advertised--no unpleasant surprises. Excellent location next to tube station and you can also walk across the bridge to get to central London. All the main rooms have a view of the London Eye--fantastic. Nice little outside patio, plus great seating in living room and fully functional kitchen. Perfectly comfortable for five people. We had some friends over for dinner and they were truly impressed. I have stayed at four other VRBO properties in London and this one is my favorite. Good value for money.

It's an apartment my wife is still talking about. In fact, the website photos don't do justice to how terrific this property is. It's always a crap shoot when your trying to rent vacation accomodation. Believe me when I say you will not be disappointed by this comfortable and perfectly located flat. Our family of 6 stayed here in April 2009. My youngest is 5. My eldest of four kids is 12. When we arrived at the apartment to begin our exciting vacation in London, I literally couldn't get my 5 year old to leave. She was so enchanted by the apartment she wanted to just stay there. The apartment building is located immediately next to the Lambeth North tube station and a relaxed 7-8 minute walk to the London Eye. It is spotlessly clean, modern and spacious and has every amenity you could want on a vacation trip including a washer dryer and free broadband internet access. Within a short distance of the apartment are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and pubs. Also, it's important to point out how safe we all felt at this location. At no point did we ever feel concerned about our wellbeing. We would return to this apartment in a heartbeat.

My husband and I along with our three children stayed in the aparment for 4 nights and we had the most wonderful time.The apartment was like home from home with all the necessaties(including a travel cot for our youngest member of the family)It was lovely and clean and so relaxing to stay there.We were able to connect to broadband which was important for my husband with work.The apartment was very central and we walked to most of the tourist hot spots.Waterloo station was just next door and a local supermarket across the way for any little few bits you needed.The view of the London Eye at night was just georgous.The Parking area was great and very safe.I have to say it was one of the best places we have ever stayed at as a family.We'll be back!
