We`re delighted to have you, and we hope your stay is a comfortable and memorable one. To keep the property looking its best for you and the guests who follow, we kindly ask you to observe a few house rules:

Fresh air, please
This is a smoke-free property, so kindly take any smoking outdoors. Our curtains and cushions thank you in advance.

Shoes off upstairs
To keep our carpets in tip-top condition, please leave your shoes at the bottom of the stairs. Consider it a little step towards relaxation (pun very much intended).

Slippers are on us
You`ll find indoor slippers provided for your comfort. Wear them with pride, and do feel free to take them home as a souvenir. They make an excellent (and very cosy) memento of your stay.

Snacks and sips stay downstairs
Red wine, coffee, and other stain-happy treats are best enjoyed downstairs. Our upstairs carpets have led a sheltered life and would like to keep it that way.

Before you check out
Please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish. It`s a small gesture that makes the next guest`s arrival wonderfully smooth.

Towels are for towelling
Please use makeup wipes or a cloth rather than our towels to remove makeup. Our towels are lovely, but they aren`t cut out for that particular job.

A note on makeup marks
A small charge applies for excessive makeup marks on bedding, throws, towels, pillows and cushions. A little is understandable, but we`d love to keep our linens looking fresh.
