This suite is the perfect base for exploring London`s vibrant Wortley Village while enjoying a cozy, stylish retreat!

Check-in is simple with our keyless entry system. Whether you’re coming in from the front door or the parking lot, you’ll use a unique 4-digit code for building access, and a separate personal code to get into your suite. For your peace of mind, we have security cameras outside and in the hallways to ensure your safety.

As our guest, you`ll have full access to your suite and the shared coin laundry facilities in the building. Please note that the suite is not wheelchair accessible. We`re committed to making your stay as comfortable and secure as possible!

We want you to enjoy complete privacy during your stay at our stylish Wortley Village bachelor suite, but we`re always here if you need anything! Feel free to reach out at any time for questions, local tips, or any assistance you may need—we`re happy to help.

Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. The suite is located on the ground floor, offering easy access and a convenient, relaxing stay.

Although I don’t live on-site and am about a two-hour drive away, I’m always here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Feel free to reach out anytime—I’m just a message away and happy to assist with any questions or concerns you might have during your stay.

If anything urgent comes up, I’ll do my best to respond right away. Additionally, we have a maintenance person (Alex) on-site, along with other local contacts who can assist with any immediate needs.

This property is right in front of the street, so there may be some potential street noise.

For your convenience, coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the first floor, easily accessible with your personal entry code. You’ll also find cleaning supplies under the sink, and coffee pods are provided to help you enjoy your morning brew.

We offer the highest available residential internet speed in London, Ontario, so you can stay connected with ease.

🐕Pet-Friendly Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please note a 100 CAD pet fee applies per stay. We do have a few guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort:

+ Only one (1) pet allowed, up to 20 pounds.
+ Cats and certain aggressive dog breeds are not permitted, in line with our insurance policy.
+ Pets must stay off the furniture, and we kindly ask that you clean up after them.
+ Please crate your pet if leaving them unattended (doggy bags are provided for easy cleanup).

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. There are 12 suites in this building; excessive noise can affect the experience of the guests above and below. Although there is soundproofing between the floors, please be considerate to the guests above and below and do not make too much noise.

4. No parties or events allowed

5. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a 100 CAD Pet fee will be applied per stay.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

6. No shoes in the house

7. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

16. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

17. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
