The Space:

Lovely 120 sq m Victorian house with classic-style furniture and many modern details. Our bright 3-bedroom house provides an excellent home base for a pleasant and memorable stay in London. It is situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighborhood.



Bedrooms:

The 3 bedrooms are generously sized and feature comfortable super king-size beds, which can also be arranged as 2 single beds if needed. We have a convenient zip-and-link bed setup, allowing you to choose between a spacious super king bed or two single beds.



Two of the bedrooms and the living room enjoy beautiful morning sunlight, while another bedroom and the kitchen benefit from lovely afternoon light. All bedrooms have darkening curtains to help ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep.



Living room and dining area:

The beautifully laid-out living and dining area features a 55-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a 4th bed, and a designer wooden dining table with seating for 8 people.



The living room is a great place to relax and unwind. It also offers books and board games for your enjoyment during your free time.



Kitchen:

The kitchen is located to your left when you enter the house and has an additional table with 2 chairs, making it a convenient spot for an early coffee without disturbing anyone else.

The kitchen provides a home-like experience and is well equipped with plenty of storage space, oil, a toaster, kettle, French press and Nespresso coffee machine.



Bathrooms:

The house has a bathroom on each floor. The middle floor features a spacious walk-in shower, while the top floor has a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms have a large shower head.



The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet and a small sink.



Garden:

The house also has a spacious, sun-soaked garden, which is a lovely area to enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and the scent of lavender.



Cot

We have a foldable cot with a thin mattress measuring 100 × 74 × 74 cm, with mesh sides. It is suitable from birth to 36 months. Please request it in advance and we will have it ready for you. No bedding is provided.



Location:

The house is in a great location with convenient access to central London and the airports, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)



Last minute booking on the day - check in at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house)



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
