The flat is huge and the multiple bedrooms were appreciated. Great location, close to Tube, buses, restaurants and groceries. We don't hear trains although tracks are 50 ft from the backyard. The flat has been homestaged to rent but is still very liveable even if coating of kitchen cabinets is of poor quality. Removed one star on cleanliness because of ceiling ventilation outlets full of dirt, and the carpets in the rooms and the office and kitchen chairs were all stained. Negative points to the mgmt company who confirmed twice that someone would meet me at a specific time to hand the keys over, but 2hrs before check-in I got a message saying I have to pick up the keys at a 24h corner store 1km away. Not great for planning... When we opened the door after the agreed check-in time, we realized that no cleaning had been done before us; The flat was in a terrible state. Two men knocked on the door 90 minutes later, unannounced, claiming that they come to clean the flat. Had to contact the mgmt company again to sort things out and the cleaning team came back the next day to do its job. This was not expected, especially at this price. On the last day of the trip, I contact mgmt to tell them I leave at 7AM. I receive an automated email telling me I must give the keys back at different corner store 2 km away and it opens at 8AM. Had to contact them again to tell them I'd give the keys back to the original 24h corner store because of timing issues. All in all, mgmt was approximate.

Abbiamo lasciato oggi il nostro accogliente appartamento ed Ăš giĂ  nostalgia. È stata davvero un'esperienza fantastica! Siamo state 4 notti, due amiche con le rispettive figlie adolescenti. Appena siamo entrate abbiamo avuto subito una sensazione di accoglienza, di casa, non di un appartamento in affitto. L'arredamento Ăš moderno ma emana calore. La cucina Ăš grande e molto equipaggiata. Ci hanno fatto trovare del tĂš, del caffĂš solubile, scottex e un asciughino. I due bagni nuovi e molto comodi (con box doccia e non la tenda) con acqua calda a volontĂ , asciugamani morbido e rotoli di carta igienica giĂ  a disposizione. Letti molto confortevoli. A pochi passi dall'appartamento ci sono locali, pub e piccoli supermercati. La stazione della metro (Clapmhan north - della Northen Line) Ăš a 3 minuti di cammino e ci sono diversi autobus per molte direzioni. Wifi perfettamente funzionante e veloce. L'unica perplessitĂ  era dover ritirare la chiave in un piccolo supermercato a 10 minuti di cammino (oppure 1 fermata di metro), ma in effetti Ăš stato davvero facile! È stato molto facile anche comunicare con lo staff dell'agenzia tramite whatsapp, hanno risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra domanda. Una piccola mancanza erano le istruzioni per il riscaldamento, ma con un pĂČ di tentativi siamo riuscite a farlo funzionare.
