Our brightly lit 3-bedroom flat provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It is situated just an 8-minute walk from Kilburn Station on the Jubilee Line and a 15-minute walk from Cricklewood Train Station.



You are only a 20-minute walk from the amazing West Hampstead area, where you will find many great restaurants and coffee shops. Kilburn High Street also offers plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, grocery shops, bakeries and much more.

Rooms

The 3-bedroom flat features three cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms have super king zip-and-link beds, which can be divided into two single beds upon request. The third bedroom has a double bed and a small patio.



All rooms have wardrobes or clothing racks, and two rooms have a table and chair.



All bedrooms have darkening curtains to help guarantee a restful night's sleep.



Living room

In the beautifully laid-out open-plan living and dining area, you will find a 45-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable large sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for one guest, two comfy armchairs and a designer coffee table.



The room has plenty of natural light and is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.



The dining area includes a round dining table with six dining chairs.



Kitchen

Our cosy kitchen allows for a home-like experience and is well equipped for preparing meals. It includes coffee, tea, a toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, large fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and more.



Bathroom

The flat has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional toilet (WC).



Parking

Free private parking is available in front of the house.



Baby cot

We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm) with mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months. Please request it in advance and we will have it ready for you.



We do not provide a proper baby mattress, duvet or bedding, so please bring your own if needed.



Great location close to London's favourite areas, the city centre and airports.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning).



If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased.



Last-minute booking - check-in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already).



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house).



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
