2 Bed - Fulham Broadway - Garden - Pets Allowed

Self-catering apartment in London, 400m from Chelsea Football Club and only 100m to Fulham Broadway Tube, giving you fast access to all of Central London. Red Double Decker buses are directly outside the building giving you all the best sightseeing routes taking you via Kings Road to Sloane Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Bank. The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.

-Two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a double bed and ensuite shower rooms with toilet and sink and a walk-in rain shower each. PLEASE NOTE ***Additional sleeping space comprising a double sofa bed can be arranged for extra charge of ÂŁ30.00 for the 5th and 6th guest***, please contact us beforehand so this can be arranged, although it is worth mentioning that the flat is more comfortable with four rather than six.

-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer with water dispenser, a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave.

-Television in every room with Netflix and super fast fibre optic internet access

-Professionally boiled and pressed linen and towels are included

-Linen, towels, essential toiletries including shampoo conditioner, shower cap and toothbrush, a hair dryer and an iron are all included

-Access to the shared courtyard garden

-Parking is either on street metre parking, or the Fulham Broadway Car Park. Guests are responsible for the charges and we would advise coming by taxi and using the transport facilities as we are in a super central location.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed

- Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional ÂŁ30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned

Beautiful flat in great location

The accommodation was nice, bathrooms were small one person at a time, no toilet roll holders, neighbours upstairs walking about was loud.We used no heating of any kind and the apartment was cold, due to the fact that there was a daily energy monitoring device fitted (not disclosed) and extra costs would be charged if you exceeded the level set, is that even legal? Surely all costs should be absorbed in the accommodation fees? For this reason I would not recommend this property.

Perfect location and neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was in the perfect location- right around the corner from the train station with a hundred restaurant and grocery options nearby. Wonderful parks and green spaces within a close walk! Both bedrooms have AC units which are great to have to sleep at night. There is a washer with a drying rack to use in the kitchen, plus a huge fridge + freezer. The bathrooms are tiny but had a heated towel rack which was a great touch. The only notes I have are that the flat had a damp, mildewy smell- perhaps a dehumidifer could help with this. There was also only 1 outlet in the main bedroom that I was able to use; I had to dry my hair while squeezed between the bed and the wall. Adding an extension cord would be nice to be able to utilize the vanity table. The AC unit in the main bedroom was also very visibly dirty and had to be cleaned off before sleeping. Overall we had a nice stay and recommend this location!

The flat was ideal for our needs. We stayed for 2 nights in order to explore a little of London and attend Abba Voyage. The closeness to the underground station and nearby amenities was great. The flat was well equipped and spacious enough for our party of 3.

We enjoyed our time in this tidy garden flat. Nearby Underground stop makes it a breeze to get anywhere. Clare is an awesome host who has thought of everything in setting up this sweet apartment.

Great location, great host

The unit was spotless and actually larger than it appears online. The host was very accommodating upin checkin and checkout. No issues at all. Great location. So very close to busses and train to easily get to anywhere in London. The neighborhood was great too with many restaurants, stores, etc. Would certainly stay again.

Location!

What a cute Flat! The Flat has everything you could need. Perfect for a couple of friends traveling or even 2 couples. But the location is awesome! The #11 bus is right outside the door and the District Line only a quick 3 minutes walk. Yet it is tucked away around a corner that you hear nothing, green space at the end of the Lane. Totally recommend staying here, you will be very pleased.

Amazing spot. Clean place with no lack in smart TV, good internet speed spacious rooms. Don’t stay here if you wanna host a party or play music on very very high volume. Granddaughter's Graduation Trip

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It was exactly as the photos depicted it to be and suited our needs during our visit. The only unusual thing (and inconvenient) was there were no wall outlets in the bathrooms. It made using hair dryers and styling tools a bit difficult. A simple extension cord would have helped a lot. Otherwise, it was just about perfect. We would certainly stay here again.

You get what the picture shows you, the place is great, clean, modern and have everything you need. Travel is convenient too cine it’s closes to the mall, tube and bus stations. The host was super helpful and easy to contact even though me and my friends were having issues with our check in and was SUPER late but they still being understandable
