- We kindly ask that guests check in before 6pm to allow us to organise the keys. Please let us know in advance if this may be an issue and we can discuss flexibility.

- Guests are not permitted to bring or use their own high-power electrical appliances (such as portable heaters or similar devices) that run continuously or significantly increase electricity usage, unless agreed with the host in advance.more guest can be accommodated with prior approval.
