« Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!! »

The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place.
