The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!! »

« We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

« This property was magical. We booked it as a post-wedding place for our extended family. We had 9 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone! The heated pool was pristine. It was relaxing soaking up the Tuscan sun, the gentle breeze and the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the the distance. The beds were hotel quality, the towels plush and plentiful. « Notre séjour ici a été très agréable. La maison est telle Que décrite et tres propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits comfortable. La literie et les seviettes sont de bonne qualité. Notre hôte, David, est facile à rejoindre si nécessaire. Il y a du stationjement pour deux voitures. David nous a fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires pour les transports vers Florence. Il est tres facile de stationner à l’extérieur de Florence et prendre un tram pour seulement quelques euros. ...

« We had a wonderful time at Villa Ancora. From the time I booked Antonella (our host) was so engaged and friendly. She met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on local markets, restaurants and ideas to make the most of our vacation. "L’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel avec tous ses équipements et les différentes ambiances proposées. Le rooftop est immense et la piscine est des plus agréable. Le personnel est très agréable sauf au niveau du bar sur le rooftop. Là, ne vous attendez pas à un sourire et surtout pas a un service client d’un 4 étoiles. Malgré cela, le concept est vraiment bien pensé. L’hôtel est légèrement excentré mais on est très vite dans le centre de Florence à pied ou plus rapide en tramway avec un arrêt juste en bas de l‘hotel. On y retournera sans aucune hésitation."

"Chambre bien. Hôtel bien placé dans Florence. Petit déjeuner ok Piscine un peu petite, mais agréable pour se rafraichir. Bar à la piscine agréable. Seul point noir, la salle de sport qui est décevante pour un hôtel de cette taille : Pas d'haltère, pas de tapis, pas de matériel pour nettoyer après utilisation. Et surtout pas de point d'eau. Du coup, personne ne l'utilise..."
