The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette has all the necessary amenities, there are also two coffee machines that will allow you to prepare your favorite morning coffee. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a set of cosmetics and towels for our guests.

Only 700 meters from the building there is the beautiful Źródliska Park with a pond, palm house, historic factory and a café, where you can take a break and drink aromatic coffee. Right next to the park is the famous L. Schiller National Film, Television and Theatre School. The location of the apartment is, in a word, ideal, and numerous tram and bus stops will allow you to move freely around the city.
