« We truly enjoyed our stay and Rich and Rebekah were very responsive and helpful. The location is just minutes from Watkins Glen , close to wineries and restaurants. The property was just as described - modern and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and its ease of use! Hope to visit again! »

« For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. « This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay. »

« It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. « We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail. »

« This was a clean property with a perfect location - 30 minutes to Cornell campus, close to wonderful vineyards and breweries. Lots of things to do nearby. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks. Gorgeous sunset views...wish we had planned to stay longer. Perfect for our 3 generations. Neighbors friendly. »

« From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into our home away from home. David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast.
