Enjoy the peace of inland Mallorca and the proximity to the Tramuntana mountains, in this wonderful house for 10 people in Lloseta. It has a private pool, barbecue area and different terraces to enjoy the good weather.
On the outside of the villa, the private chlorine pool is the starring protagonist. It measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters. It's also fenced and offers a fabulous barbecue area where you can cook delicious dishes, also in the wood oven. You have a wonderful garden around the house where you can relax as well as several terraces where you can rest and have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
The interior of the house stands out for the collection of works of art that accompany a classic and exclusive decoration. At the entrance, the main room welcomes us with the spectacular grand piano. There is another large dining room where you can watch TV and eat together; a large library with TV-sat and AC; another dining room for 6 people; and the impressive kitchen-dining room that has an induction top, AC and access to one of the terraces. The independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and fan, 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the main floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC and a double bed except one that offers twin beds. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Finally, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.
Lloseta is a beautiful town located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a small city where you will find everything you need for your stay and which also holds a large street market with typical and seasonal products on Thursdays . The closest beach is Muro and in just 30 minutes by car, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby.
The wood burning stove of the barbecue cannot be used.
