« Owners were very helpful with advice for the area and communicated well. The condo is steps from the pool, which was nice and quiet. The condo was comfortable and clean -- we used the grill and enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching the fireworks. Great get away that was very convenient. »

Back yard beautiful w big shady trees w two story dock with up top being a great place to relax w cocktails…we fished…and caught fish…family could dock their boat and just off the main beating path of the main lake! We also grilled steaks and just relaxed!! Quiet area! Great find!!! »

« You can't go wrong with this property on the water. It was very clean. We only used the 2 ensuite bedrooms. These are older condos, but these owners have kept the place up. The outdoor cushions were the only thing that needed replacing. Ken & Suzanne are very helpful and accommodating. »

« This place was perfect for our sister birthday trip. The house was clean and comfortable and decorated so cute. We loved that we could have the quiet of the country and just a short drive to where the action is. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« The property was exactly as advertised clean and ready for us to move into. Excellent location right on the Llano River with a great beach. Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter. »

« Nice clean property. Quiet neighborhood very close to Main St. Nice hot tub and patio with gas fire pit. Most everything you need to cook but could use some kitchen towels and extra paper towels. »

« Poor communication regarding checkin via text vs email vs third party website, even after 2 calls and a visit to office; would be helpful to know absolute check in at 4 pm as opposed to potential early check in- even when the room was clean and there was only one other room checked in and in a 20 unit complex; didn’t receive text for check in until 7:30 at night and had to call at 4 pm again to get check-in code as it went through messages at Expedia instead of Notifications and I had no access...
