Cosy flat for nature lovers in the rustic mountain village of Livo on Lake Como

Our flat Casa Alba is located on the second floor of a more than 300 year old rustico, on the edge of a chestnut grove, at the upper end of the village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti, on the north-western shore of Lake Como. Casa Alba is the perfect holiday accommodation for nature lovers, peace seekers, hiking enthusiasts and all those who wish to take time out in the natural surroundings of the mountain world of Lake Como.

The accommodation is ideal for 2-3 people, and consists of: a double bedroom with a bunk bed (160 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower & WC), an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with fantastic views. From the road, an approx. 30 m long path leads steeply up to the house, where vehicles with normal to high chassis can easily park. The flat is heated in the cold seasons at your own expense by a powerful pellet stove (the price for a bag of pellets à 15 kg is currently approx. 6.90 euros; as of September 2023).

Livo is a rustic mountain village, steeped in history and typical of the region. A perfect place for nature-based recreation. Due to its special location, there are many opportunities for various leisure activities. In the centre of the village you will find the Trattoria-Pizzeria Sant'Anna, which is well-known beyond the borders of the region. For your daily needs for breakfast rolls, cheese and sausage, there is a small grocery store in Livo. Livo is about a 15-minute drive from the Lake Como shore.
